WHAT ARE YOUR MEANS OF PAYMENT?

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, IS IT POSSIBLE?
Yes, you have 48 hours from the moment your order has been placed.

Simply send us an email and we will cancel your order and refund you within 30 days.



THERE ARE ITEMS MISSING FROM MY ORDER, WHERE ARE THEY?

We have several suppliers, when you place your order, each supplier takes care of sending their product. It is therefore possible that you may receive several packages even if you have only placed one order.

If you order 5 different items, you may therefore receive 5 different packages that will arrive at different times (some faster, some slower).

On the other hand if you order 3 times the same product they will all be in the same package.



DO YOU SHIP ABROAD?

Absolutely, we can ship your orders all over the world. However, free shipping is only valid for Europe. If you would like us to ship your purchase outside of Europe, send us an e-mail and we will inform you of any additional costs.

CHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Change (before reception)

- I changed my mind about my article, what can I do?

If you have changed your mind about your order, send us an email indicating the item to be changed and we will do the necessary. Please note that any order changes must be made within 2 hours of the initial purchase, you will not be charged any additional fees.

- Can I change my item after I receive the email confirmation?

Unfortunately not. All items that have left our warehouse are final and cannot be changed, it will be a product return.

- What if my product is defective?

In case of a faulty product, you have the possibility to receive the same product or simply get a refund after the return of the faulty one. The customer is ROI.

Return

- I don't like my item, can I return it?

Returns are accepted (**) only if they do not exceed 14 days after receipt of the package. However, to guarantee you a refund, all returned products must be in perfect condition. The return costs are at your expense. Proof of postage must then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.

** Promotional items are not eligible for returns.



Change (after receipt)

- Can I return the item and exchange it?

As long as the returned item is in perfect condition, exchanges are possible. Send us an email and we will take care of the rest. The return costs are at your expense, however the cost of the new shipment will not be charged.

- How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds can take up to 14 business days, depending on the payment system chosen at the time of purchase.

- I still haven't received my refund?

Please notify us immediately by email if you have not received it after 14 business days.



REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

-What is your refund policy?

All items purchased may be refunded, subject to management's discretion and approval, subject to the following conditions:

Return requests are accepted within 15 business days of delivery.

All items must be returned in their condition, delivered with all parts and tags.

Damaged / defective / incorrect products can be exchanged.

Cancellation of an order may be made prior to shipment of orders and management reserves the right to refuse any cancellation made after the items have been shipped and/or after 5 hours of the initial purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective.

Management reserves the right to refuse any return / refund and each case is subject to the sole decision of the company.

The company will not be responsible for any errors in the shipping addresses provided by the customer and will be subject to the return of the product before receiving a refund.

Any change of address is subject to management approval and orders shipped/completed are strictly non-changeable.
